Some girls get excited about the Victoria’s Secret Show… I get choked up and anxious to see all the looks at the Met Gala, it’s the one time of the year where Celebrities bring forth real glamour.
This year I noticed a lot of minimal jewelry, boxed clutches, tucked back hair, and Old Hollywood style curls, red lips and nude lips were also trending yesterday evening…
My #1 yesterday evening was model, Suki Waterhouse. She was dressed in a magnificent multi-teer chiffon gown by Burberry.
Dita Von Teese is always flawless… She was dolled up in a gown that fit her like a glove by the ever so talented Zac Posen.
Taylor Swift was wearing a soft pink gown with a train by Oscar De La Renta. I love the beautiful dramatic bow in the back.
Dakota Johnson was wearing a Jason Wu gown in midnight blue with a metallic bodice, and silk gloves.
Sarah Jessica Parker still has got it! Killing it with her hair and a beautiful two-toned satin gown by Oscar De La Renta.
It could have something to do with the fact that Gisele Bundchen could wear a smock and still be gorgeous, but this lace form fitting gown by Balenciaga.
Kate Mara wore a sheer and dazzling olive green and gold gown by Valentino.
Yonce always wakes up “Flawless” but seriously this veil and beaded and draped gown holy moly!! I love this black dramatic look.
Kristen Stewart was in a sheer overlay and feathered Chanel dress, and Christian Louboutin pointed toe pumps.

Below is a list in order of my ‘Best Dressed’ choices from yesterday evening’s Oscar’s…
Cate Blanchett– Walked in, in a beautiful embellished Armani gown with opal earrings that I was severely lusting over, and then she walked out with best Actress for Blue Jasmine, as I presumed she would, CONGRATS!!
Kate Hudson– Kate Hudson is wearing Atelier Versace I loved the neckline and cape detail on this stunning gown. Her hair and accessories were the perfect pairing.
Kelly Osbourne– This form fitting and sleek gown by Badgley Mischka with a rhinestone embellished caplet is a beautiful balance. I love all of the gold accessories.
Jenna Dewan Tatum– She was dolled up in Reem Acra I love the way this gown fades from a sheered embellished top to a chiffon bottom.
Matthew Mcconaughey & Camilla Alves– On Matthew’s side I love the jacket but think the pants could have been tailored better… Camilla on the other-hand looks stunning in a powdered pink Gabriela Cadena gown.
Olivia Wilde & Jason Sudeikis– I love this high neck black Valentino gown with white gold and black diamond jewelry. Jason looks extra sharp as well in this navy perfectly tailored suit with a black satin bow-tie.

If I was at the Emmy’s you would see me in any of the above dresses. These girls and their stylists really nailed it!
In order are my top 5 picks:
#1 Rose Byrne was wearing a refreshing two piece pale pink number by Calvin Klein, with pretty minimal accessories this look is simple yet elegant for a day time award show.
(Claps for you Rose)!!
#2 Julie Bowen from the show, “Modern Family” was dressed in a stunning layered dress by Zac Posen and adding that gold clutch really takes it on home!
#3 Kate Mara from TV show, “House Of Cards” is in a gorgeous white embroidered long sleeve dress with a high slit by J. Mendel paired with no other but my favorite shoe designer, Charlotte Olympia, which adds even more sex appeal to this virgin-esque dress.
#4 Kiernan Shipka from Mad Men was wearing this playful floral dress by Delpozo with a EF Collection ring, and a thin strappy gold sandal. This dress is a femme dream!
#5 Aubrey Plaza from Parks & Recreations was dressed in a long-sleeve gown by Marios Schwab Gown. I love all the intricate detail from the flower petals to the what looks to be like bra suspenders, paired with her box clutch,is a perfect combo.
Trends I’m seeing for the upcoming seasons; A low pony tail and short hair, feel free to trim or cut those locks girls! In the makeup department; neutral smoky eyes and light/neutral luscious lips.
